Does what we eat effect our ability to meditate and feel joy? The answer is yes. In this 1 hour class we will go over different diets and how they impact our physical bodies, emotional/mental bodies and our spiritual forms. We will go over eating an omnivorous, flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, fruitarian, liquidarian, and breatharian diet and the impact they all have on our bodies, souls and spirits as well as our evolutionary process.
