The use of essential oils for emotional benefit dates back to ancient times. The emotional body tends to be our least visited inner territory yet an inescapable one. Unresolved emotions have a serious impact on our happiness and well-being. Emotions are complex and mysterious and everyone experiences them in different ways.
Aromatherapy is a safe, quick acting, and simple way to manage emotions.
What we’ll cover:
– Emotions and quality of life
– The science behind aromatherapy
– How to use essential oils to manage emotions
This will be a 45min class with time for Q&A.
