“I Que Es La Veritat?”
And What is the Truth?
We’re in unprecedented times. Overstimulated with emotionally charged information resulting in doubt, lack of clarity, fear and stress. We’re all feeling it; we’re all connected.
In times of chaos, it can be easy to lose sight of what is true. Our sense of control fades and we look to leadership outside ourselves to bring things back to order.
We believe that one of the most important things to do amidst the chaos is to continue to search for truth- both personal and absolute. There is no one way to do this.
Here is what we have found helpful:
– Ask for truth to be shown.
– Be still and breathe.
– Connect to the silence and spirit within.
– Discern: separate what serves you from what doesn’t.
Does it come from a place of fear or love?
Does it seek to control or empower?
Does it clarify or confuse?
Does it help heal or harm?
– Experience what resonates with your soul.
The key is to be your own spiritual authority in seeking truth and living authentically.
“What’s at stake is spiritual authority… If how we see, truly see, is not with eyesight, but with a vision, a form of spiritual perception that allows us to know what’s real, what’s lasting, what’s actually true, if this comes from within us; then no one has power over us.”
